NOTE: Not following all instructions may result in print outs that are not consistent or appropriate scale.

Required:
   - You will need a printer capable of printing Legal sized paper
   - You will need 5 sheets of Legal sized paper

Optional:
   - Windows has a built in unzip tool. If you need a free zip/unzip tool, this package was created using 7-Zip.

1) Open the file "VFW - Hall Layout 64x40 - Legal_Portrait" 
2) Select Print in your image app 
3) Ensure the orientation is set to Portrait 
4) Ensure the paper size is set to "Legal 8.5x14"
5) Depending on your system, apps and printer, you may need to adjust other settings.
6) Place 1 sheet of Legal sized paper in your printer's manual paper feed input. If your printer has a tray dedicated to Legal sized paper, use that.
7) Print your page
8) Repeat the above steps for each page.
9) After the tables are printed out, overlay a table sheet over the room sheet. Hold the sheets up to a light. Line up the edges of the a table to a line of squares. Ensure the scaling is correct. 
- A 72" round table should overlap 6 squares
- A 60" round table should overlap 5 squares
- An 8' rectangle table should overlap 8 squares 
- A 32" cocktail table should overlap 2.5 squares
